Former IRS Commissioner condemns the income tax! "Maybe we ought to see that every person who gets a tax return receives a copy of the Communist Manifesto with it so he can see what's happening to him"

Read a compelling firsthand account
of the trial of Dick Simkanin
Former Federal Reserve chairman Beardlsey Ruml's speech to the Americam Bar Association
"Taxes for Revenue Are Obsolete" as printed
in "American Affairs" magazine, January, 1946 Paul Harvey.
Paul Harvey on 1/22/07:
"Now for what it's worth, the 9th circuit panel in SF has been reversed. The Internal Revenue Service, the IRS, has ruled that Valerie and Robert McKee owed the government $31,000 in unpaid taxes, until Valerie and Robert demonstrated in court that the tax law is so complex nobody can understand it. The court had to agree that the law was indeed so complex that nobody can understand it, and the court revered itself, and the IRS gets the bill. The government sought and got us….ha ha ha (laugh)….your government also tried to get a stipulation that this verdict would not be made public, but it just was…….Paul Harvey, Good Day!!"

Justin Garriott is the owner of North American Paralegal, and has been
actively consulting to both pro se litigants as well as attorneys for
approximately
7 years. However, Justin is not a bar card holder; he is not a licensed
attorney. He is a constitutionally-based counselor of law. Justin was taught
law
directly, hand to hand, by his mentor, the infamous Michael H. Brown, arguably
the best pro se litigant in the country for over 25 years.
Justin has successfully defended both his own civil and criminal cases. A
bank sued his wife in 1996, and he signed himself on as a defendant, and
subsequently won it. Also, as a target of profiling and the subject of a
wrongful
stop and search, Justin successfully defended himself against felony charges,
and had them dismissed.
Justin is also the chief paralegal to an Indianapolis attorney, with whom he
has a winning record, on special cases requiring his expertise, many involving
search and seizure. In addition, Justin currently serves as internal general
counsel to a $20MM management firm in Chicago.
Justin is in the final stages of establishing the Layman's Legal Institute
here in Chicago, where he will give weekend seminars to private citizens who
have a need to know the law. Justin will teach both civil and criminal process,
for state and federal courts.
Aside from his legal involvement's, Justin also owns a production and stage
management company, and since 1993, has been responsible for the staging and/or
production of world class entertainment, from the likes of ZZ Top to Bob Hope,
and Van Halen to Tony Bennett.
In the footsteps of his Marine Corps father, who flew the C-130 for the Blue
Angels, Justin is a private pilot, licensed in 1972.
Justin has been a professional guitarist for 30 years, and is featured on
recordings being sold on 3 continents at this writing.
Justin lives near Loyola University in Chicago, with his cat, Thelema

On August 8th, 2003, a Memphis federal jury acquitted FedEx pilot Vernice Kuglin of six counts of felony Tax Evasion and Willful Failure to File tax returns.
Ms. Kuglin's attorneys, Tax Honesty Movement barristers Larry Becraft and Robert G. Bernhoft, told reporters that Kuglin was indicted seven months ago and had refused to plead the case out for a lesser sentence. During her testimony Kuglin testified that since 1995, she had sent numerous letters to the IRS requesting that they inform her of what law required her to pay the Individual Income Tax. To this day, she has not received an answer.

Edwin Vieira, Jr., holds four degrees from
Harvard: A.B. (Harvard College), A.M. and Ph.D. (Harvard Graduate School
of Arts and Sciences), and J.D. (Harvard Law School). For nearly thirty
years he has been a practicing attorney, with emphasis in constitutional
law. He is a member of the Bars of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and
Maryland; the Supreme Court of the United States; and numerous federal
Circuit Courts of Appeals. In the Supreme Court of the United States he
successfully argued or briefed the cases leading to the landmark decisions
Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, Chicago Teachers Union v. Hudson, and
Communications Workers of America v. Beck, which established
constitutional and statutory limitations on the uses to which labor
unions, in both the private and the public sectors, may apply fees
extracted from workers as a condition of their employment. He has written
numerous monographs and articles in scholarly journals, and lectured
throughout the county. His latest scholarly work is the two-volume Pieces
of Eight: The Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the United States
Constitution (2002), the most comprehensive study in existence of American
monetary law and history viewed from a constitutional perspective. He is
the co-author (under a nom de plume) of the political novel CRA$HMAKER: A
Federal Affaire (2000), a not-so-fictional story of an engineered “crash”
of the Federal Reserve System, and the political upheaval it causes. Edwin
Vieira resides with his wife, six children, and Argentine mastiff outside
of Manassas, Virginia.

Tuesday evening, January 7th, WTP unveiled its
latest technological weapon in the quest to restore the Republic and the
Constitution: The ability to produce and broadcast, a regularly scheduled
live multimedia, multi-source, television quality program series across
America. The initial program series will be directed at informing masses
of Americans about our new agenda to restore our Constitution and enforce
our Right to Petition. Update!: As of 3:55 PM, Monday afternoon,
the We The People Internet broadcast provider was forced by his provider,
Time Warner, to cease providing transmission of the WTP-TV broadcast
stream and the FTP download of the archived LIBERTY HOUR file. Here’s what
we can release at this moment: On Friday afternoon, while still under the
impression that Time Warner had permanently fixed whatever "technical
problem" caused them to knock our live broadcast off the "air," we posted
the links enabling people to watch and/or download the event. On Saturday,
two computers at the White House were used to watch the entire event and
eight computers at the IRS were used to watch and download the file. By
Sunday evening, 10,031 people had watched the event and another 5300
people downloaded the file to their PCs. (continued .
